Busy & Balanced makes it easy for busy moms and women to follow along on guided workouts they can do right from their home! If you have a bike or pilates reformer at home, we have classes for you! If not, we also have tons of no equipment required or light dumbbell workouts to follow! We can't wait to sweat with you!

Hey, I’m McKenna—a certified personal trainer, spin & barre instructor, and busy mom of two! With over seven years of experience in group fitness, I created Busy & Balanced at Home to help moms and busy women stay strong, confident, and energized—right from home. My workouts blend spin, barre, and strength for effective, time-efficient training that fits your schedule. Whether you're squeezing in movement during nap time or making fitness a priority again, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
